Overview

Remote access through our Virtual Private Network (VPN) allows secure access to college computing and information resources from an off campus location.

Faculty, Staff, and Affiliates

Features

• Easily connect to the Stonehill network from off campus using any computer that has an internet connection.
• Secure protocols are used by the VPN to protect data transmissions.
• Provides the ability to access campus-based information resources that may be restricted from off campus access.
• VPN access will be approved for the application listed in the online remote access request form.
  • All other requests will be evaluated upon request

Getting Started

• VPN access may be requested by clicking on the Request Services button in the top-right corner of this page and completing the online form. 
• Service Desk staff will seek authorization of the department head sponsor for affiliate requests. 
• Browse to access.stonehill.edu to access the VPN.
• Refer to the knowledge base resources found under Remote Access for assistance.
