HyFlex Equipment with Microsoft Teams

1. Click on the Three Dots [1] in the top-right corner of the screen, and select Settings [2] from the dropdown menu. 
   
    
2. On the Settings side menu, select Devices [3]. 
   
    
3. Under the Audio Settings, make sure both the Speaker [4] is set to Extron HDMI (Intel(R) Display Audio) and Microphone [5] is set to Handset (DMP Plus USB#1) . 
    
4. Scroll down to the Video Settings, and make sure the Camera  [6] is set to Quick-Connect USB.
   
5. You will see a Preview window, indicating successful selection.

Microphone

1. When using the podium microphone, be sure the green light at the base of the microphone is on.

2. If wandering away from the podium while presenting, we recommend using the lavalier or handheld microphone located below the podium.

3. If using the lavalier microphone, switch the on/off button to “on” and attach the clip to your clothing so the microphone is 6”-8” from your mouth. When finished, turn off and replace the mic in the battery charger.

4. If using the handheld, switch the on/off button to “on”.  Speak to the microphone is 6”-8” from your mouth.  When finished, turn off and replace the mic in the battery charger.

Camera Presets

1. To position the camera, you must go to the touch panel on the podium.  From the upper right of the main menu, select and hold the gear icon to access Advanced Mode.  

2. Select the camera icon from the bottom.

3. There are 3 presets.  To tilt, pan or zoom, select the appropriate buttons.
