Google Chrome on Windows and Apple
- A new window opens Clear Browser data.
- Select the Time range you want to clear in the drop-down menu. You can select between last hour, 24 hours, last 7 days, last 4 weeks, or all time.
- If you want to delete all cache data, select all time.
- Check the box for cached images and files.
- Submit your selection by clicking the Clear data Button.
- Reload your site.

Mozilla Firefox on Windows and Apple
Microsoft Edge on Windows
- A new window opens. Select the desired Time range option of temporary services and files.
- Put a check in the box next to the data type you'd like to clear.
- Click the Clear now button to delete the selected data.

Safari on Apple
Delete Safari's Browser cache from the History menu
- Open Safari and click History from the menu.
- Choose the Clear History option.
- Change the dropdown to All History and click Clear History.
Clearing the cache through the developer menu
You can also enable a developer menu in Safari to enable several options. To display the developer menu:
- Select the first item Safari in the main menu and from the drop-down the item Preferences
- A popup opens. Click on the tab Advanced.
- Check the option Show Develop menu in the menu bar at the bottom. Now you should see a new menu item in the main menu named Develop.
- If you click on the menu item Develop you can select Empty Caches from the submenu items.
- Reload the site.
- Follow the instructions below to remove website data.

Removing Website Data
In addition to the above steps for clearing cache, Safari users may have the need to remove all website data as well.
- From the Safari menu select Preferences.
- Select Privacy.
- Select Manage Website Data.
- Select Remove All and then Done.
