Body
Scan
- Place document to be scanned on the scanner and close the top.
- Select the Scan icon on the touchscreen.
- Tap the To field, and begin typing a recipient's last name using the on-screen keyboard to search the directory. Select the desired recipient from the dropdown.
- Alternatively, to send to a non-Stonehill email address, type the recipient's full email address.
- Tap the Scan button at the bottom right to scan the document.
Optional settings
- Tap the preview pane on the right to see how the scan will look with the current settings.
- Select the Options button to configure additional settings if needed.

Copy
Quick Copy
- Place the document to be copied in the copier and close the lid; alternately use the tray on top to feed in multiple documents.
- By default, one copy will be made. To change the number of copies, tap the "1" next to the green copy button at the bottom-right of the touchscreen.
- Tap the green Copy button at the bottom right of the touchscreen to copy your document.
Advanced Copy
- Place the document to be copied in the copier and close the lid.
- Select the Copy icon on the touchscreen.
- Select the Options button to configure additional settings if needed.
- Tap the Copy button at the bottom right to copy the document.
Copying Multiple Page Documents
- By default, the copiers no longer require you to respond to a prompt for each page being copied.
- If you would like to have it prompt for each additional page, you can manually turn this setting in Copy settings.
