This guide covers the essential functions of your desk phone, including how to sign in, transfer calls, and place outbound calls, to help you get started quickly.
Signing In and Out of Your Phone
Signing In
To log in to your desk phone for the first time, please follow these steps. Please note, these steps are the same if you have a 405HD model phone or a 440HD model phone.
1. Press the Sign in Key, typically this is the far right of the four horizontal buttons:

2. On your computer, go to https://aka.ms/siplogin, then enter the Pairing code displayed on the desk phone's screen when prompted. Please note that that screen may go dark after a few seconds, you can bring the backlight back by hitting OK.


4. Next, select the account the phone number is linked to. If the account is not listed, select “Use another account” and then log in.

Signing Out
1. Select the rightmost horizontal button labeled More. Select the leftmost horizontal button labeled Sign Out.

Transferring Calls
Blind Transfers
Blind (sometimes referred to as a cold transfer) transfers simply send the call over with no consultation.
While in a call, select BXfer on the leftmost horizontal key below the screen. Type in the destination extension, and then press Dial.

Dialing Instructions
Dialing into Stonehill
- Dial the main number 508-565-1000 and follow the prompts to connect to an office or extension.
- For direct inward dialing extensions (1000s and 5000s), dial 508-565- followed by the 4-digit extension.
- For internal extensions (2000s), dial 508-565-1000 and say the extension you are calling when prompted.

- Note that the local calling area is Easton plus Brockton, Mansfield, Norton, Sharon, Stoughton, and Taunton.
