Alumni Hall Auditorium Instructions

Display laptop

1. Please make sure the cables from the podium are connected to the wall plate at the base of the stage.
2. Connect your laptop to the HDMI cable on the podium and power the laptop on. 
3. Turn on Extron Control System by pressing the ON button.
   
4. The screen will come down and the projector will turn on.

Shutdown

1. Once you are done with presentation press the OFF button
   
2. It will raise the screen and turn off the projector.
3. Power down your laptop and disconnect cables.
