Display laptop
- Please make sure the cables from the podium are connected to the wall plate at the base of the stage.
- Connect your laptop to the HDMI cable on the podium and power the laptop on.
- Turn on Extron Control System by pressing the ON button.
- The screen will come down and the projector will turn on.
Shutdown
- Once you are done with presentation press the OFF button
- It will raise the screen and turn off the projector.
- Power down your laptop and disconnect cables.
