By default, Skype for Business will launch automatically when Windows starts. Follow the instructions below to toggle this setting on or off.
- In Skype for Business, click on the gear icon to open the Options window.
- Select Personal from the list on the left.
- On the right, under My account, there is a checkbox to Automatically start the app when I log into Windows.
- Leave the box checked to have the Skype for Business start automatically.
- Uncheck the box to prevent Skype for Business from starting automatically.
- Click the OK button.
