Setting Speed Dial Contacts on the 440HD

Here's how users with a 440HD model Skype for Business phone can add favorite contacts to their speed dial buttons.

If you are using an AudioCodes 440HD model Skype for Business telephone, follow the steps below to add contacts to the speed dial buttons on the right side of the phone. 

1. Press the Speed Dial Button you want to assign to a contact.
2. On the Function Key # screen, use the Navigation Control arrows on your telephone to choose 3. Select from Directory... from the list.
3. On the Favorites screen, use the Navigation Control to arrow down to the contact you want to add to your speed dial contacts, and then press the OK Key on the telephone.
4. On the Details Favorite screen, leave the Sip URL for the contact selected, and then press the Select Softkey. 
5. Use the Navigation Control arrows on your telephone to arrow up to select 2. Key Label from the list and use the alphanumerical keypad to type in how you want to contacts name to display next to the Speed Dial Button.
6. Press the Save Softkey.
7. The contact will display in your speed dial buttons. Pressing their button will dial them directly.
