If you are using an AudioCodes 440HD model telephone, follow the steps below to add contacts to the speed dial buttons on the right side of the phone.
Note: User Presence is no longer visible using the speed dial buttons on the right side of the phone, but you use the buttons to set speed dial contacts.
- Press the Speed Dial Button you want to assign to a contact.
- Use the right arrow key to select Speed Dial.
- Enter the extension for the number you would like to save. To label the extension, enter their name using the T9 number pad.
- Select Save. Their number will appear on the originally selected speed dial space.
