This article will provide navigation instruction to access your course schedule and class lists, including class lists with student photos.
1. Login to myHill.
2. Select My Class Schedule and Class Lists under Course Information on the right.

3. Select a Term and CRN for viewing.
A detailed schedule for the course including class schedule, enrollment counts, class list or roster, ability to add office hours and class syllabus.
- The Course title links you to all Course Details including Description, Syllabus, etc.
- The CRN links to more details on the course including Description, Bookstore Link, Attributes, and more.
- To view the class list with student photos, select the link to Classlist under Roster.
- The Classlist link will display the Summary Class List and Wait List.

- The Summary Class List may be used to email specific students, email the entire class, or view student data.
- To email the entire class:
- Select the checkbox at the top of the student list
- Once every student is selected, click on the Email envelope icon on the right side under Summary View. This will open a new message window in your default email program, which should be Outlook, and place all of the student email addresses in the BCC field.
- Specific students can be emailed by checking off one or multiple checkboxes next to the students name and photo.
- The link on the student's name will bring you to that student's profile.

- To view Major there are two options.
- Option 1: Swap from the Summary View to the Detail View above the Search box to view ALL student's details.
- Option 2: Click anywhere on a student's row to view that specific student's Major and other details.
