Connect HDMI cable to the laptop.
To turn the system on, touch anywhere on the panel.
Select
AV Presentation
at bottom of the panel.
If the podium is stage right, select
Podium 1 Laptop
. The screen will lower, the projector will turn on and the image will appear on the screen. If the podium is in the center, select the
Podium 2 Laptop
.
If you want to image mute the projector, select
Projector Control
at bottom of the panel, select
On
under
Image Mute
.
To adjust the upper shades in the room, select
Environment
. To raise, select
Open
, under Upper Shades. To stop, select
Stop
. To lower, select
Close
. To raise the lower shades in the room, select
Open
, under Lower Shades. To stop, select
Stop
. To lower, select
Close
.
To adjust the lighting in the room, select
Environment
at bottom of the panel. On right, under
Lighting Scene
, select the appropriate setting.
To adjust the volume of the presentation or microphone, select
Volume
at the bottom right corner of the panel. To adjust the presentation volume increase or decrease volume under
Presentation
. To adjust the microphone volume, increase or decrease volume under
Speech
.
To shut down the system, select the red Power Button at the bottom left corner of the panel.
Select the red Power Button under
Shut system down now
