Pulse VPN Client Setup on Mac

Follow these instructions to download and install the Pulse Client, which allows you to connect to the Stonehill College VPN. 

1. Open Safari and navigate to access.stonehill.edu
   
    
2. Log in using your Stonehill username and password you will be prompted for Multi-Factor Authentication and then you will be logged in and you should see Pulse Secure. Click the Start Button.
   
    
3. By default, the page will start searching for the application launcher, if it does not detect it, please click the Download button.
   
    
4. You will be prompted to allow downloads from access.stonehill.edu. Click the Allow button.
   
    
5. Once the file has finished downloading, double-click on the PulseSecureAppLauncherApleSigned.dmg file from Downloads.
   
    
6. Next double-click on the PulseSecureAppLauncher.mpkg icon to begin the installation.
    
   1. When the installer launches, click Continue, then Install and Close once it has been installed.
      
       
7. You will be asked if you want to move the installer to the trash, click the Move to Trash button.
   
    
8. You should be back at the Safari page now and you will click on the HERE hyperlink.
   
    
9. You will and you will be asked to allow the Pulse Secure Application Launcher to download software from access.stonehill.edu. Click the Always button.
   
    
10. You will be prompted to enter the username and password for the administrator of the computer and click the OK button. This should be your Stonehill username and password if on a Stonehill device. Your personal username and password if it is a personal device. 
    
     
11. You will see box open that will say Launching Application. Please wait...
    
     
12. Once that is done you will see the Pulse Secure client load and connect.
    
     
13. You Have successfully installed the Pulse Secure VPN client you can now close your safari window.
