While Microsoft Forms allows you to send email notifications when a response is submitted in the form's Settings, you can't send them to multiple people, and the emails also don't include the results. We can use Power Automate to address this and have both things done automatically.
Create a new flow from a template
For this case, we can start with a Microsoft-created template to do most of the work for us, then customize it to our needs.

- Sign in with your Stonehill account if prompted, and then click Continue.

You'll be brought to the Power Automate flow designer, where you'll see your flow's steps (or cards) displayed. You can click on a card to configure it.
Configure the flow

Click the first step in the flow, When a new response is submitted, and select your form in the Form Id box.

In the next step in the flow, Get response details, select your form again in the Form Id field. Leave everything else as it is.

Skip the Get my profile (V2) step. If you don't need to send the email to yourself, you can delete this step.

In the final step in the flow,
Send an email, enter the recipients, subject, and body of the email. You can click the
dynamic content button (looks like a lightning bolt) to include details from the form response in your email. In the popup that displays, search for the word "
Answer" to insert answers from the submitted form into the body of the email.

Once finished, select the flow's name at the top of the Power Automate canvas to rename it.

Click Save. You can also use the Flow Checker to pre-test your flow. Once saved, you'll see a green banner across the top letting you know your flow is ready to test.
