myHill Faculty Schedule and Class Lists

This article will provide navigation instruction to access your course schedule and class lists, including class lists with student photos.

1. Login to myHill.

2. Select My Class Schedule and Class Lists under Course Information on the right.

3. Select a Term for viewing and click the Submit button.

A detailed schedule for the course including class schedule, enrollment counts, class list or roster, ability to link and add office hours and class syllabus.

  • To view the class list, select the link to Classlist next to Rosters.
  • To view a class list with student photos, select the link to Concise Class with Photos at the bottom of the page.
  • The Course Title links you to all available sections of the course.
  • The Enrollment and Classlist links will display the Summary Class List.  
  • The Summary Class List may be used to email specific students or to email the entire class.
    • To email the entire class, click on the Email Class link at the bottom of the list of students.  This will open a new message window in your default email program, which should be Outlook, and place all of the student email addresses in the BCC field.
