Support & License Definitions
Support definitions
- Basic: Support is available for installation and configuration.
- Standard: Support is available for installation, configuration, core features, and functionality.
License definitions
- Site: Can be installed on any college-owned computer.
- Freely Available: Can be installed on any computer. Users can install on personal computers.
- Limited Devices: Can be installed on a limited number of college-owned computers. Additional installations must be purchased.
- Individual User: Can be installed on computers for particular users. Additional installations must be purchased.
- Academic: Can only be used for research or instruction. Cannot be used for administrative work unless purchased.
- Instruction: Can only be used for instruction, not research or administrative work.
- Research: Can only be used for research, not instruction or administrative work.
- Personal Installs: A limited number can be installed on personal devices.
- Student Computers: Can be installed on student computers.
