What happens to my Microsoft 365 software when I leave Stonehill?

Your Microsoft 365 account is deactivated when you either graduate or are no longer an employee, at which time, any of your Microsoft 365 installations on personal devices will go into “reduced functionality” mode. In this mode, you will only be able to read documents, not create or edit them.

We also recommend that prior to your Microsoft 365 account is deactivated, you migrate any data in your OneDrive for Business to another location.
