ChemDraw Installs

Note: before installing the latest version of ChemDraw please remove any previous version, including older Perkins-Elmer labeled installations.

ChemDraw is available to those enrolled in a chemistry course that is actively using the software. Your instructor will need to request access on your behalf if you don't already have access.

Download and Install ChemDraw Software

  1. Using your Stonehill email address and password, sign into our ChemDraw URL: https://stonehill-chemistry-sso.signalsresearch2.revvitycloud.com/
  2. Click on the ChemDraw Desktop icon to download the software installer.

  3. In the Launch ChemDraw Desktop window that displays, click on the "Click here to download the installer" link.

  4. After the software downloads, launch the installer file from the downloads icon on your browser or your computer's Downloads folder.
  5. Default through all of the installation prompts to install the software. 
  6. A ChemDraw icon will display on your desktop, or in your applications folder after you Finish the installation.

Launch and License the ChemDraw Software

  1. Launch ChemDraw from your desktop or applications folder. 
  2. At the Licensing window, select Signals account option and click the Continue button. 
  3. On the Sign In to Signals window, paste this link into the URL field: https://stonehill-chemistry-sso.signalsresearch2.revvitycloud.com/ and click the Sign In button.

  4. ​​​​​On the ChemDraw Desktop would like to window, click the ALLOW button.

  5. On the webpage that opens, click into the Alway allow... checkbox [1] to place a checkmark there, and then click the Open ChemDraw button [2].

  6. The ChemDraw application will launch.
