1. Pull up the screen at the front end of the room.

2. Make sure that sidelights in the room are on.

  • If not, then go to the left wall and you will find a small wooden panel that opens up.

  • Turn on the light switches.
  • Make sure the master switch in the wooden cabinet in the rear of the room is ON.

3. The projector should be located on the conference table or on the shelf near the screen.

4. Connect the power cord from the projector to the electrical outlet in the "cubby hole" on the table.

  • Make sure that the projector is aligned properly to the screen by lightly moving the screen either the left or right.

5.  Find the VGA, audio, and data cables within the "cubby hole" in the table and connect them to your laptop.

  • Make sure the resolution for the laptop is set at 1024 x 768.

6.  Turn on your laptop, then turn on the projector.

  • If no image is visible, make sure the projector source is set to Input 1.

Once you have finished using the system, turn off the projector and power down your laptop. Place the cables back into the cubby hole in the table.
