1. The projector is located at the end of the conference table.
2. Make sure the power cord is connected to the projector and the power strip.
3. Connect the VGA Cable with the audio connector into Input 1 on the projector.
4. Connect the other end of the VGA cable to your laptop.
5. If you need audio, connect the audio cable from the VGA cable to the headphone out port on your laptop to the corresponding audio port on the projector.
6. Turn the projector on by pressing the ON button on the top left side of the projector.
- The projector will take a few minutes to power up.
- Make sure the projector is properly lined up and is about 2 feet away from the screen.
- Set your computer's screen resolution to 1024 x 768 for the proper size from the projector.
8. Once you are done with your presentation, press the OFF button on the projector. The projector will power down for a couple of minutes.
- Do not unplug it until the fans stop spinning.
- Disconnect your laptop and make sure all the equipment is off.
