Using Zoom

1. Log into Zoom. Select Settings in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.

2. On left-hand column of the screen, select Video 

3. From the drop-down menu next to Camera in the center of the screen, select Quick-Connect USB

5. From the drop-down menu next to Speaker select Same as System. To verify the speaker is working properly, select Test Speaker. You should hear audio after this button is selected. The volume control should be to the far right. 
6. From the drop-down menu next to Microphone select Same as System. To verify the microphone is working properly, select Test Mic. Say something to test. After you pause you should hear what you said from the speaker. 

Microphone

1. When using the podium microphone, be sure the green light at the base of the microphone is on.

2. If wandering away from the podium while presenting, we recommend using the lavalier or handheld microphone located below the podium.

3. If using the lavalier microphone, switch the on/off button to “on” and attach the clip to your clothing so the microphone is 6”-8” from your mouth. When finished, turn off and replace the mic in the battery charger.

4. If using the handheld, switch the on/off button to “on”.  Speak to the microphone is 6”-8” from your mouth.  When finished, turn off and replace the mic in the battery charger.

Camera Presets

1. To position the camera, you must go to the touch panel on the podium.  From the upper right of the main menu, select and hold the gear icon to access Advanced Mode.  

2. Select the camera icon from the bottom.

3. There are 3 presets.  To tilt, pan or zoom, select the appropriate buttons.
