Mobility Print enables you to print from laptops and mobile devices when connected to the hillspot secure wireless network. You will first need to install the Mobility Print installer or make certain system configurations based on your device.
Please note:
You must be on the secure
hillspot wireless network or Ethernet on campus in order to use Mobility Print.
Jobs will remain in the "Find-Me" queue for up to 24 hours before needing to be re-sent if not released.
Select your operating system from the list below for instructions on how to set up a new Mobility Print device.

Setting up Mobility Print on Windows
- Make sure your device is connected to the hillspot wireless network.
- Click this link to download and run the Mobility Print installer.
- You'll be prompted to select the Find-Me print queue and to enter your Stonehill username (not your full email address) and password.
- When it's time to print, just print like you normally do.
- After you send your print job, tap your Hill Card to the printer, or use another method for releasing your print jobs.

Setting up Mobility Print on macOS
- Make sure your device is connected to the hillspot wireless network.
- Navigate to System Preferences > Printers and Scanners.
- Click the + icon under the Printers List.
- Select the Find-Me print queue from the list that appears.
- At the bottom of the dialog box:
- If you have macOS 11 Big Sur and earlier, ensure that the Use dropdown is set to Secure AirPrint.
- If Secure AirPrint isn't displayed:
- Close the Add dialog box.
- Disconnect from the hillspot network, then reconnect to it again.
- Check if you can see Secure AirPrint now. If you can't, contact the Service Desk.
- If you have macOS 12 Monterey, leave the Use dropdown set to Generic PostScript.
- Not sure which version you have? Click the Apple logo at the top-left of your screen, then About this Mac.
- Click Add.
- Print your document to your newly-added printer as you normally would. When prompted, enter your Stonehill username (not your full email address) and password.
- After you send your print job, tap your Hill Card to the printer, or use another method for releasing your print jobs.
Note:
- If you're not sure how to print from your application, take a look at Print from your Mac.
- If you enter the wrong username and password, MacBook devices do not show any warning message; your job will just fail to print. If this happens, check the "Find-Me" queue dialog. If the print job is there and has the message Held for authentication, click the icon; then re-enter your login details.
Setting up Mobility Print on iOS
- Make sure your device is connected to the hillspot wireless network.
- Mobility Print works just like AirPrint on your device.
- Open the app you want to print from.
- To find the print option, tap the app’s share icon — or — or tap .
- Scroll down and tap or Print. If you can’t find the print option, check the app’s User Guide or Help section. Not all apps support AirPrint.
- Tap Select Printer and choose an AirPrint-enabled printer.
- Select the number of copies and other options, such as which pages you want to print.
- Tap Print in the top right-hand corner.
- You'll be prompted to enter your Stonehill username (not your full email address) and password.
- After you send your print job, tap your Hill Card to the printer, or use another method for releasing your print jobs.

Setting up Mobility Print on Android
- Make sure your device is connected to the hillspot wireless network.
- Install the Mobility Print app from the Google Play Store.
- Launch the app.
- Tap Android settings.
- Tap Mobility Print.
- Tap the enable toggle.
- Exit out of Settings.
- Print your document. When prompted, enter your Stonehill username (not your full email address) and password.
- After you send your print job, tap your Hill Card to the printer, or use another method for releasing your print jobs.
The way you print is different depending on the app you want to print from. For more information, see the documentation for the app. When you add the Find-Me print queue it will be identified by the PaperCut icon:
If you select the Remember me check box, your phone will remember your login details for that printer for 30 days.

Setting up Mobility Print on Chrome OS
- Make sure your device is connected to the hillspot wireless network.
- Install the Mobility Print Chrome app.
- Open the page to print.
- The way you print is different depending on the app you're printing from. For more information, see the documentation for the app. Add the Find-Me printer and review the a Mobility Print printers as identified by the PaperCut icon
- Print the content.
- For example, to print from Microsoft Word, press Ctrl+P, select a printer; then click Print.
- When prompted, sign in with your Stonehill username (not your full email address) and password.
- After you send your print job, tap your Hill Card to the printer, or use another method for releasing your print jobs.
