Alumni Hall Boardroom Instructions

Display Laptop

  • The projector is located at the end of the conference table.
  • Make sure the power cord is connected to the projector and the power strip. 

   

 

 

 

 

  1. Connect the HDMI cable from the projector to the laptop
  2. If the screen is not extended, raise the "pull up" screen.

  8. Make sure projector is properly lined up and is about 2 feet away from the screen.
  9. Please note this is a “short throw” projector. It should not be too far away from the screen.

Shutdown:

  1. Press the “OFF” button on the projector and the projector will power down.  Disconnect the laptop.
