Add Favorites in the Skype for Business Application

The Favorites group in Skype for Business keeps track of those contacts you’re in touch with most frequently. Your Favorites appear by default at the top of your contacts list when you are displaying your contacts by groups. You can add contacts to Favorites manually, as follows:

  1. Type the name of the Contact you want to add to your Favorites group into the Find someone or dial a number field.
  2. From the list of results that display, right click on the Contact you wish to add and select Add to Favorites.
  3. The Contact will now be available in your Favorites list in Skype for Business, and on the Favorites list under the Contacts on your Skype for Business telephone.
