Using a Speakerphone for Conference Calls

The Sennheiser SP 20 Speakerphone is a portable speakerphone designed for Skype for Business - for both personal and small group conferences.

Connecting the speakerphone

1. Use the USB cable to connect to a PC.

2. If the speakerphone does not turn on automatically, press and hold both the Green and Red phone icons for 5 seconds.

3. Check the Skype for Business Audio Device Settings.

PC

1. Click the Skype for Business options icon (looks like a gear)

2. Under Audio Device settings make sure the Sennheiser SP 20 Speakerphone is selected.

Mac

1. In Skype for Business Preferences make sure the Microphone, Ringing, and Speakers are using the Sennheiser Speakerphone.
