Changes to applications and small scale software development initiatives may be requested by application managers.

Staff who are application managers

Features

• Application managers work with senior leaders in their areas to determine the needs for changes to applications.
• Requests may include small software development initiatives like modifying Banner self service pages or developing PL/SQL scripts.
• IT leaders in the Enterprise Application Services group evaluate the IT resources required, ensure it should not be considered a software development project (<70 hrs) and establish timelines for the work.
• IT Systems Analysts develop in test databases and work with application managers to test the changes before applying upgrades to production.

Getting Started

• Applications managers submit service request tickets for Application Changes.
