Overview
Changes or enhancements to Stonehill processes in the Banner System may be requested by application managers. This also includes changes to supporting Banner tools such as BDM, SoftDocs, and DegreeWorks .

Features
- Application managers work with leaders in their areas to determine the needs for changes to applications.
- Requests may include small software development initiatives like modifying Softdocs jobs or developing PL/SQL scripts.
- IT leaders in the Enterprise Application Services group evaluate the IT resources required, ensure it should not be considered a project (<70 hrs) and establish timelines for the work.
- IT Systems Analysts develop in test databases and work with application managers to test the changes before applying upgrades to production.
