- Application managers may require assistance from IT staff with system configurations or integrations.
- IT leaders in the Enterprise Application Services group may be consulted to assess the feasibility of the request.
- IT leaders in the Enterprise Application Services group evaluate the IT resources required, ensure it should not be considered a project (<70 hrs) and establish timelines for the work.

- Applications managers submit a request for Departmental System Support that will be evaluated and prioritized based on workload and College requirements.
