myHill is our secure portal that provides simple access to news, information, and online services based on an individual’s role at Stonehill.

Features

  • The portal is available via any modern web browser and is accessible and mobile friendly.
  • Personalized content is delivered to students, faculty, and staff based on their unique role.
  • One-click access, and often single sign on, is available to the most used applications and resources through the purple buttons on myHill home including Canvas, email, myHousing, the Hill Card, and Banner.
  • The navigation bar at the top shows connected sites where College offices, academic departments, and organizations deliver content for community members including news, documents, and informational resources.
  • News from all connected sites is filtered by role to the home page, and can be sent via email to email addresses and announcement lists in a beautifully formatted, mobile-friendly, accessible and responsive format.
  • Self-service links on the right side of the home page allow access to information and relevant tasks, such as adding a course, accepting financial aid, viewing a class roster, creating a requisition, and submitting time sheets.
  • A powerful search feature delivers results from all connected sites from the top of myHill home and from within a specific site from the top of any of its pages.

Getting Started

  • Browse to myhill.stonehill.edu and use your Stonehill email address and password to log in.
  • Offices, departments and organizations that want to provide content to the Stonehill community through myHill should complete the myHill site request form.
  • Refer to the Knowledge Base resources found under myHill for assistance.
