Overview

College wide CRM systems are managed and processes are developed to support major business areas of the college that recruit, enroll, and interact with students.

Staff at a senior level in major business areas

Features

  • The college standard CRM system is Slate which includes the following core platforms: Slate for Admission, Slate for Student Success. 
  • Some major business areas have CRM specialists who collaborate with IT staff and provide direct support for the processes and CRM features within their area.
  • Requests may include development features for a specific area like appointment scheduling, forms with workflow processes, event management, or communications.
  • Business area specialists may partner with IT staff to evaluate and test new features.

Getting Started

  • Senior level staff and CRM specialists submit requests that are evaluated and prioritized based on workload and College requirements.
  • During the implementation of Slate for Student Success through FY27, requests projects are evaluated by the Slate for Student Success Steering Committee.
