Features
- The college standard CRM system is Slate which includes the following core platforms: Slate for Admission, Slate for Student Success.
- Some major business areas have CRM specialists who collaborate with IT staff and provide direct support for the processes and CRM features within their area.
- Requests may include development features for a specific area like appointment scheduling, forms with workflow processes, event management, or communications.
- Business area specialists may partner with IT staff to evaluate and test new features.
Getting Started
- Senior level staff and CRM specialists submit requests that are evaluated and prioritized based on workload and College requirements.
- During the implementation of Slate for Student Success through FY27, requests projects are evaluated by the Slate for Student Success Steering Committee.
