Clearing Browser Data

Use the appropriate keyboard shortcut to open the menu for clearing your cache based on your operating system, or choose which browser you're using from the list below to see simple step-by-step instructions.

To clear your browsing data start by selecting the appropriate keyboard shortcut below then follow the rest of the instructions for the browser you are using.

Windows keyboard shortcut

Apple keyboard shortcut

Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox

Press the keys [Ctrl], [Shift] and [Del].

Press the keys [Shift], [Cmd], and [Del].

Google Chrome on Windows and Apple

  1. A new window opens Delete Browser data.
  2. Select the Time range you want to clear in the drop-down menu.
  3. If you want to delete all cache data, select all time.
  4. Check the box for cached images and files.
  5. Submit your selection by clicking the Delete data Button.
  6. Reload your site.

Mozilla Firefox on Windows and Apple

  1. A new window opens Clear browsing data and cookies.
  2. Select the Time range you want to clear in the drop-down menu.
  3. Put a check in the box next to the data type you'd like to clear.
  4. Click the Clear button to delete the selected data.

Microsoft Edge on Windows

  1. A new window opens Delete browsing data.
  2. Select the Time range you want to clear in the drop-down menu.
  3. Put a check in the box next to the data type you'd like to clear.
  4. Click the Clear now button to delete the selected data.

Safari on Apple

Delete Safari's Browser cache from the History menu

  1. Open Safari and click History from the menu.
  2. Choose the Clear History option.
  3. Change the dropdown to All History and click Clear History.
 

Removing Website Data

In addition to the above steps for clearing cache, Safari users may have the need to remove all website data as well.

  1. From the Safari menu select Settings.
  2. Select Privacy.
  3. Select Manage Website Data.
  4. Select Remove All and then Done.
