If you manage meetings for others, follow these steps to set up scheduling privileges, and schedule Zoom meetings for another user.

1. Setup Scheduling Privilege
You can assign or delegate a user or multiple users in your account to schedule meetings on your behalf. Users with Scheduling Privilege on your account will be able to manage and act as an alternative host for all meetings. You can only set other Stonehill users to schedule Zoom meetings on your behalf.
- Go to stonehill.zoom.us and click on the Sign in button.
- You may be prompted to sign in with your Stonehill credentials.
- Click Settings on the left side of the screen and then choose Other.
- Under the Other heading, and Schedule Privilege sub-heading, click on the plus sign (+) next to Assign scheduling privilege to.
- Enter one or more email addresses in the window, separated with a comma.
- Click the Assign button.
- The users you've assigned the scheduling privilege will be listed beneath Assign scheduling privilege to. Users who have assigned you the scheduling privilege for them will be listed under I can schedule for.
Please note: Users will need to sign out of the Zoom desktop client and sign in again before they will be able to schedule for you there.
2. Create a Zoom Meeting for Others
Be sure you follow the Setup Scheduling Privilege steps above and install the latest version of the Outlook plugin before beginning.

- In the Zoom - Schedule Meeting window, select Advanced Options.
- Under Advanced Options, place a check in the box next to Schedule for: and then select the user you are creating the meeting for from the drop-down menu.
- Then, click the Continue button.
- The Zoom meeting details will enter into the Outlook Calendar Event which you can then fill out and send to meeting attendees, including the person you are scheduling the meeting for.
Create a Meeting for Others in the Zoom Client
- Sign into the Zoom Desktop Client.
- Click on the Schedule icon. This will open the Schedule Meeting window.
- Select Advanced Options.
- Under Advanced Options, place a check in the box next to Schedule for: and then select the user you are creating the meeting for from the drop-down menu.
- Click on the Schedule button.
- The Zoom meeting details will enter into the Outlook Calendar Event which you can then fill out and send to meeting attendees, including the person you are scheduling the meeting for.
