Skype for Business allows for the use of USB headsets with your phone or your computer. Plugging a headset directly into your phone will allow you to transfer calls to and from your headset with the push of a button, whereas using it with your computer will allow you to make and answer calls using your mouse and keyboard. Either way, remember that you can always send calls to and from your phone or computer by transferring the call to your own extension.
