Add a profile picture to your Office 365 account to personalize the experience. Sync your email with your mobile device so you're always in touch, and learn more about working with your email.

Adding a Profile Picture

Please review the guidelines for acceptable photo requirements on the Hill Card Photo Requirements page. The same guidelines should apply to the photo you choose for your Office 365 profile.

  1. Login to your Office 365 
  2. Click on your initials on the top right-hand corner of the screen. 
  3. In the My account sidebar, hover the mouse over your initials again and a camera icon will appear. Click on the camera icon.
  4. Click on + Upload a new photo to search your computer for the desired picture, then click the Open button once your photo is selected.
  5. Click on the Save button to set the selected picture as your Office 365 profile photo.

Setting Up Email for Mobile

Microsoft Outlook app

Use the Microsoft Outlook App to access your Stonehill email and calendar on mobile devices. This app is available for both iOS and Android. 

Non-Outlook mail apps

Note that many built-in email clients (such as the default "Mail" app on Android, iOS and macOS) do not fully support modern authentication methods such as multi-factor authentication. For this reason, these apps either do not work at all or do not work as expected for accessing your Stonehill email account. For this reason the Department of Information Technology recommends using the Microsoft Outlook App instead.
