New network connections or changes to an existing connection or the location of the jack may be requested.

Features

• The needs of a department for a wired network connection may be met with the addition of a new network jack.
• The configuration of an existing network connection may be changed to meet the needs of a department or an individual trying to connect a specific device.
• The location of a network jack may need to be moved due to a space reconfiguration or issue with a specific device.
• New wiring may need to be installed to accommodate department needs in a specific location.
• To enable an additional port in a Residence Hall room to accommodate student needs.

Getting Started

• Staff, faculty or students may request a network add, move or change by clicking on the Request a Network Change button in the top-rigth corner of this page and completing the online form..
