Overview

Qualtrics is a self-service online survey platform used for Stonehill academic purposes or college business. It allows users to build and distribute surveys as well as manage data. Gathering data with this simple to use, yet sophisticated software solution is available from anywhere. Microsoft Forms is available through Office 365 to easily create surveys and polls to collect feedback.

Features

  • All Stonehill users are licensed to use the Qualtrics Core XM Survey Tool. 
    • Surveys can be built from the ground up or by accessing pre-built templates. 
    • Surveys are created and tested in real-time. 
    • Users can perform powerful statistical analysis on completed surveys. 
    • Built-in tools help improve the quality of surveys.  
    • Qualtrics provides extensive online help and a community discussion board for answers to unique questions. 
  • Faculty, students, and staff can use Microsoft Forms to create surveys and polls 
    • Online forms can be created from scratch or with a template. 
    • Forms can be shared with others at Stonehill for collaborative editing or viewing collected responses. 
    • Responses to the form can be viewed individually or in summary form and can be exported to Excel for further analysis. 

Getting Started

  • For Qualtrics, create an account using your Stonehill username and password. 
  • For Microsoft Forms, use your Stonehill email address and password to access MS Forms
  • Refer to the knowledge base resources found under Survey Tools
