Setting Speed Dial Contacts on the 440HD

If you are using an AudioCodes 440HD model telephone, follow the steps below to add contacts to the speed dial buttons on the right side of the phone. 

Note: User Presence is no longer visible using the speed dial buttons on the right side of the phone, but you use the buttons to set speed dial contacts.
 
  1. Press the Speed Dial Button you want to assign to a contact.
     
  2. Use the right arrow key to select Speed Dial.
     
  3. Enter the extension for the number you would like to save. To label the extension, enter their name using the T9 number pad.
  4. Select Save. Their number will appear on the originally selected speed dial space.
