Features

  • In person community gatherings can be streamed over Teams or recorded. Recordings are stored online and a link is provided to the organizer to distribute.
  • Selected events with an expected large external audience can be filmed and broadcasted by a third party for a fee via YouTube. Examples of these types of events include Commencement and political debates hosted by the Martin Institute.
  • Quality video camcorders and tripods are available through our Equipment Loan service for event planners to coordinate and staff the video recording for events where recording services are not provided.
  • The College's video conferencing software, Teams, can be used in conjunction with built-in pan-tilt-zoom cameras in certain spaces (e.g. the McCarthy Auditorium, Meehan 103, and most classrooms) for self-service live streaming of events and meetings.
